In ‘douglas’ wooden planks are taken from the lowest
sorted list by quality, from Dinesen and turned into a table.
The wood has imperfections as knots, indents and other irregularities. In ‘douglas’ those are used to create new
opportunities. The hole left from a knot are used to put flowers through and a vase sits underneath to hold the stems. Another indentation shows to be useful for holding
a candle.
Tools: tablesaw, angle grinder, handheld powertools.
