In ‘Petit Form’ Chocolate is formed with a nanostructered surface with fine enough details to break the light that hits it. What bounces off is light broken into the full spectrum.

The result is a chocolate that reflects in the full light spectrum of visible light. The effect is a result of geometric manipulation so it is possible to eat it. Nothing has been added to the chocolate, form alone creates the effect.
