In ‘Matreshka’ a multilayered mousse cake is created in the shape of a large eye with natural pigments.
To present the eye, a vessel is created to hold it and act function as a serving plate. It is a 3 part sealed organically shaped plate in a vase like shape. The form takes on from stories of Nataliyas memories of Matryoshka dolls nested inside eachother.
